Funded & Future-Ready: A 4-Part Grant Writing and Training Series is a live, strategic training designed for nonprofits and small businesses ready to strengthen their grant-writing approach and secure funding with greater clarity and confidence. This is not a beginner workshop. It is for organizations that have started writing grants, experienced funding declines, or recognize that their strategy needs refinement to increase award success this year. Over four weeks, participants will learn how to structure persuasive narratives using the C.L.E.A.R. Framework, apply the Organizational Resilience Framework to strengthen fundability, and implement the A.S.K. Framework to make the right funding request aligned with funder intent. Each session builds toward helping organizations move beyond simply submitting applications to developing a more structured, sustainable, and fundable operation. By the end of the series, participants will think more strategically about funding, positioning, and long-term growth.
